i had a very musical day today.
spent all day at the byrd theater shooting a post-apocalyptic musical, then ran straight to a conference dinner. afterwards, the notochords (spelling?) performed and it was very cool, i LOVE a capella! i didn’t even know our school had a group.
they sang this song and it brought back OC memories, always pleasant. i never realized how deep this song was before… i can’t believe that was so long ago.
tonight i have to finish editing my presentation video. i really hate iMovie. i wish i had my other laptop to do this. tomorrow i have to be at school by 8:15, give my presentation, and then make it back to set. then, two more days of shooting and after that we start serious pre-production for the summer films.
this sounds like I’m complaining, but actually this is almost relaxing compared to the way my week has been. it’s been such a bad week so it’s kind of nice to take a 4 day vacation from life and make a movie.
